What is the facility?
My hometown is quite suburban, and a new public facility that has come up there in recent times is a health centre and gymnasium called Fitness Gym. I believe the main reason for its opening is due to the lifestyle diseases in the locality nowadays due to unplanned, excessive work and stress. The set up has opened doors to all age groups starting aerobics for kids, Zumba for women, and heavy lifting for men. It is adept with all exercising equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, weight training machines and also modern power racks with pull up bars and so on.
Where is it?
It is just about a ten-minute brisk walk from my home and lots of neighbours have joined there recently. Most of them cycle and reach this gym. It is conveniently close.
When do you want to visit there?
I was supposed to accompany them last weekend but I had some personal errands. So, now I am planning to visit them this Friday with another friend of mine, who wants to join there. Once we get back from work this Friday, we both plan to head to the gym directly and meet up there and do the joining formalities.
Why do you want to visit this public facility?
My reason is not to join, really! First, I want to visit this gym to see and feel the place primarily, and want to know the timings they offer for different routines. I am interested in Zumba held in the evenings at the gym but being a morning person I want to know if they have an option to give me. I wear too many hats and hence the hustle, so I also want to consult their Yoga instructor and see if my plans can be realised there.
